And now she's used Nephi a few times.
She actually has had it for quite a while.
And she's very comfortable to go out.
It's a quality of life issue, right?
You have less anxiety to go out and enjoy yourself, even though she has multiple food allergies.
And it's, you know, there is sometimes where she's going to make a mistake and eat something she shouldn't.
But again, you know, that's the benefit of NEFI really is to help improve that quality of life by knowing you have something.
Hopefully you don't need to use it, but at least you have something with you that you're willing to use and protect yourself if something happens.
Yes, yes, certainly the prescription market is climbing about 6% a year over the last 25 years and the prevalence of the disease is actually going up a little bit more than that based on epidemiology.
So 8 to 10% a year.
So it's a growing concern.
I won't get into various reasons why the population of people with this disease are growing, but it obviously manifests itself most of the time in children.
There are times when it develops late in life, but the vast majority of times it's children that develop food allergies even at a very young age.
The reason the school program is really critical to us and why we decided to do that, Mylan did have a school program sometime back with EpiPen.
When they went generic, they discontinued it.
But about 25% of the time, a child has their very first reaction.
So the very first time they have an anaphylactic reaction, and they don't even know they have the food allergy or venom allergy, it's out of school.
So they go to school, they get exposed to something they've never been exposed to, food, or they get stung by a bee or wasp, and they never knew they were allergic and they have an anaphylactic reaction.
So the NEFI in Schools program is designed to supply NEFI to grade schools, so K through 12.
We provide two packs of NEFI per school at no cost.
