But Manny's got leverage.
He doesn't have to take a bad deal.
He knows there's interest around the NHL for him.
He can go back to Abbotsford and then become a free agent in 12 months and then pick and choose where he wants to go.
Not hearing any major red flags in the Malhotra talks.
Most people still think it'll work out for him.
