I agree with that. I mean, I look, I had said that we shouldn't have censored that Twitter shouldn't have censored the Hunter Biden story on. That's right. You were very you were very strong on the Biden story. But I mean, as at the time, I didn't. But but just because it was a freedom of speech issue.

And I think in retrospect that that and that gets to the point of Silicon Valley turning, I think that there was a sense of too much censorship. Being canceled if he's called the wrong joke, if he said the wrong thing, if you made a flirtatious pass at someone in an office. I mean, I think that people in the Valley thought it went too far and they reacted to it. I mean, that's the honest truth.

I'm not saying that there wasn't extraordinary value in having a training of sensitivity and respect. And of course, with a huge support of the Me Too movement, but people just felt the thing went too far. So you combine kind of a sense they would do better under Trump, that they don't want to feel intimidated by Trump with this sense that we don't feel free speech and we aren't able to do things.

And I think that explains the decline. And then finally, just like we were talking about the pride of people in Lorain, Ohio, that they want to be valued for what they do. Human nature is the same. The people in Silicon Valley want to be valued for what they do. And they felt that the Democrats made them to some extent, the villains that they were the bad guys. And I think that turned them off.

I do. I mean, it's up to her, obviously, if she runs. I actually think she would be a good governor, and I'll tell you why. And it's not β nothing to do with whether she should run for president or not. But she was attorney general. She was DA. I think, naturally, she's actually β fairly pragmatic on issues of public safety.

One of the things I brag about all the time is I say in my district, Fremont, Sunnyville, Santa Clara, Cupertino are in the top 10 safest cities in the nation, San Jose in the top 25, and I'm not responsible for anything else in California. But the point is that, and it makes intuitive sense.
