Okay, that makes you feel a little bit better, right? It makes you feel a little bit more loved. Your BS meter doesn't go off if you have that.

So you've got to make those words the words that you want. Those words have to be empowering. If you don't feel empowered with the shit that comes out of your mouth, then change what comes out of your mouth. Think about that.
