I think ultimately what happens in English cricket or what happens in... Whereas my job's concerned, you'd have to ask Richard Gould that, really.
But from my point of view, English cricket, we lose in Ashes, you sack everyone and you start again and the pendulum swings backwards and forwards and actually what it's shown over time is that that's not actually been that successful to winning Ashes series, certainly overseas.
And I also believe that
You end up going through something like that.
You imagine that for the last four years, every single thing, every moment you're awake, you're thinking about how do you try and improve English cricket?
How do you try and win test matches?
How do you try and win white ball series?
How do you go out to Australia and win a series out there, as I'm sure both of you have tried to do?
And it doesn't work.
And then you end up going through something that is really tough.
Now, I want to put that into context.
I know there's much tougher things going on in people's lives than just cricket.
