But what happens to those people?
I mean, they've got to learn and adapt, but I don't think it's going to happen quick enough.
It will happen eventually.
New York will come back in 20, 30 years after it burns down, just like we saw in the 80s before Giuliani came down.
Once it hits the bottom, it will rebuild.
But how long does that take and at what cost?
