I was like, all right, I've got two gigs on a Saturday.

So like one's at 6 and one's at like 10 at night.

So I just stayed up all night and after my second gig that night on Saturday night, we went and got some food and then I went straight to the line at like 5 in the morning.

So then I was lining up from 5 in the morning to like, I don't know, 10am before they saw me.

And if that goes well, then you get to the next round.

But then even then, the judges aren't there the first day.

So it's two rounds before you, and then the next time you see the judges is like a month away.

It was wild.

I think actually that day I would say one of my favourite things was I got pulled out of the crowd after my first audition and one of the producers came up and said, what's your name?

I was like, Rob.

She's like, okay.

Do you want to sing in front of everyone here in front of the big room?

I was like, yeah, sure, let's go.
