So I just sang what I had sung in the room before and months later, like this is during the show, one of the producers came up to me and she said, we knew from that moment that you were going to be in the show.
She was like, you just had something.
And I was like, ha, that's pretty cool.
But I think I just had a confidence from doing, you know, I'd been singing in pubs for three or four nights a week.
A long time.
Where some people, this is the very first time they've,
may have sung in front of anybody.
So I think I just, and also coming off the back of two gigs that night, a bit of adrenaline.
And I was like, let's go.
Who cares?
Like what's the worst that can happen?
Oh my God.
I love Courtney.
I love Shane.
We're still friends to this day.
We caught up a couple of weeks ago, went and had a swim at Icebergs.
Yeah.
I think it was like, must have been the week before Mardi Gras.
Yeah.
He still looks amazing.
