I don't think you understand until you're in it.

Because when you're sitting backstage and you open Instagram and you have that message from somebody saying...
Last year, my mum was with us at the show.
And this year, we're coming without our mum.
But it's the first time we've done something as a family and laughed together as a family.
And you kind of go, this is so much more than theatre.
It's so much more than a show.
It's a tradition.
It's an experience.
It brings nostalgia.
It brings families together.
Families who mightn't see each other for months
Because we go every night to that night to the panto.
We're going that night to the panto.
And when you get messages like that, your hair stands backstage and you go...
