If you guys have seen, he's throwing 97, 98, 99 with that much movement and his repertoire.
And so it's, like I said, it's not gonna be a great day for the back of your baseball card, but he's one of the best pitchers in the world with his stuff getting even better every start.
So it's gonna be a great challenge for us.
We're looking forward to the challenge to be able to compete against one of the best.
Yeah, so we're going to get a workout in and talk about the game planning and things like that and get to work.
Yeah, it's been a pleasure watching, you know, Romney's growth ever since coming from coming up from the White Sox, you know, just trying to make the team.
And now he's blossomed into, you know, one of the best hitters against left handed pitching.
He's our best option against left handed pitching, like I said, and it's been he's worked so extremely hard and he's got a great family and he does a lot of things behind the scenes that kind of don't go unnoticed by us.
But
You know, he's only getting better, and he hits the ball the hardest on our team.
And, yeah, I think there's still so much room for him to keep playing and getting better.
So it'll be awesome watching him keep going.
But we definitely feed off each other.
we've kind of jumped between who bats first and who bats a little bit later in the lineup.
So just having that communication and that dialogue with the bats, our swings are both pretty flat, pretty similar swings.
So, you know, we get pitched pretty similar.
So that helps.

Yeah, you know, Alex's communication's been great.
It's my fourth year here, and he's treated me with so much respect, and he's been so straightforward with me ever since the very beginning of the first spring training in 22, so...
