But it was fatigue that we were most intrigued about because we know that's a mitochondrial thing.
And we think that elevating NAD would have a benefit for all of these kinds of diseases.
And they did this long COVID study, and it was a small study.
They struggled to recruit people.
They got only, I think, 58 people.
And so to do a controlled study, a placebo study with only 58 people, that's not quite a hell of a lot of people.
And when a study is that small, in order to achieve statistical significance, they have to have a very high level of improvement.
And they completed the study, and the primary endpoint, which was comparing this small placebo team to this small NR team, they took two grams a day for 10 weeks, didn't show a difference.
But when they took the placebo team, and they then started giving them NR for another 10 weeks,
So you had an additional 10 weeks with a much larger population.
It did show a dramatic difference.
So that's why we got excited about the results of that.
And that was published, I think, just like a week or two ago.
Wow.
Very interesting.
So it was then open label at that point, right?
Did the subjects know that they were getting active ingredient?
You mean after the first 10 weeks?
Yeah.
Yes.
