Yes, there's a lot of hype on creatine.
Do you take it?
I don't.
Not, there are a lot of, we get pitched these ingredients all the time, that this is going to be the next NR, this is the next niagen, creatine is getting increasingly popular.
Until we see the data, controlled, published, peer-reviewed studies from independent sources that don't have a
an incentive to hype it, I'm skeptical.
But there's a lot of it on D and C, but not a lot on creatine.
From a longevity standpoint?
From a longevity or even a health standpoint.
But increasingly, people are talking about creatine.

No, I take it.
I mean, I take it for the physical performance aspect, the cognitive.
But no, I'm definitely happy to learn more about NAD.
It's definitely been a blind spot for me, but everything that I've learned from Dr. Charles Brenner, who's been on the show, and experimenting myself with Niagen, it's been just a fascinating journey.
