You know, that word represents AEW in a lot of ways, alternative.
It's like alternative rock.
It was different.
An alternative to the more popular product, the bigger promotion in WWE, the people who, the wrestling fans, wrestling fan who wanted something that was different.
And they got it.
And competition breeds quality.
It breeds quality.
Once Vince bought WCW, there was the invasion angle, but it never had the same energy that the Monday Night Wars did.
Hell, I don't know how many different documentaries have been done on the Monday Night Wars.
I've watched probably all of them.
There's been a hundred of them.
It's woven into every other documentary where that time period collides.
