i practice exactly the same way everything that you said that's exactly what i do as well and it's so effective and it's so much fun to have all of the different tools but i loved being able to share a regression to cause session on the podcast itself because that was a really neat thing to say and i also always future pace people and future pacing for those of you that don't know
is where we take you into the future, into the future that you want as if it were so.
And then what happens in the subconscious mind is that the subconscious then forms a memory.
But in the future, it's now a memory that you formed in the future.
And as it's stored as a memory, then the subconscious will be like, oh, that's familiar.
Oh, that's safe.
And then it allows you to absorb that future.
And it's a really great tool.
When I got into hypnosis myself, it was because I was trying to conceive.
And my hypnotherapist, do you know Lindsay Eastburn?
She was at HypnoThoughts Live.
You may have never crossed paths with her.
She's down in Denver.
She's phenomenal.
So she's who I started hypnosis with, you know, oh gosh, it'd be at least 10 years ago now.
And she would always future pace me because at that point I had been on my fertility journey for 11 years, 11 years, tons of failed IVF.
And I couldn't imagine myself ever receiving a positive pregnancy test, ever seeing positive ultrasound, ever holding a baby in my arms.
So she introduced me to future pacing and she did it every single session so that I could start to feel that that was even possible for me.
Yeah, it was incredible.
Adam, how did you get into hypnosis yourself?
