And a handstand is, I mean, an expression of wrist mobility.

I feel that.
I got an email.
It was probably a couple of weeks back.
It was a guy called Tim.
He said he was sat on the beach.
He's 66, and he was sitting there, and he had the sun blasting on his back, and he was looking out, and he's just watching these little kids
making sand castles and they were squatting and they were playing and they were doing kids stuff like cartwheels and handstands and throwing themselves about and falling over and get up and he said something to me that really hit deep really just you know from what you just said
He said, I'd love to get up and just move my body just for the sake of moving it, but I would feel embarrassed.
I would feel it's not culturally acceptable for me just to get up on the beach.
