I think there's just more interest in Conde Nast in general.
I think it's more than just that, but I think the movie has created a lot of intrigue.
And it's been fun.
Well, we hire journalists and we hire software engineers.
Yeah, of course.
And it's different.
Look, I remember my mom growing up, she always said, there's always room at the top.
And it was good advice.
If you can be at the best of what you're doing, there's always going to be room for you.
That's remarkable.
Moms have the best.
So good.
So for us, journalists who really excel, I think they'll always have a home.
In terms of software engineers, we brought in a new head of product and technology really fortuitously in December.
And December was – you guys covered this very well.
It was a step function change.
And so when he started, I told him, you need to question everything we do.
Start with a blank sheet of paper, rethink everything that we're doing, how we do it, and how we can use AI.
And the first thing he did is he started some small pilots, three or four people on a team, eliminating certain roles that would have been on a
much bigger team to create new products.
