The industry is not going to be screening that for you.

I would say that before you allow your kids to watch anything that you need to watch it first, or at least need to do some research on it.

And then you'll know there are a lot of Disney classic movies that I think you would, that I think would be great for them to watch or cartoons or what have you, but you got to pay attention to it.

Well, thank you for that question.

The first thing you need to do is get a thorough inspection done.

Get an inspector hired, and sometimes inspectors will just do a partial thing.

They'll put in their report, we didn't inspect the roof.

If not, get your roofing inspector.

Make sure that you get the electrical and the plumbing and the roof, those major items.

Get those checked out really well so you know going in what the issues are.

And then also make sure that you review the crime stats for the area.

And that's public record.

You can basically Google that and find what the crime statistics are for the area.

I also would recommend that if you're seriously considering a particular home that you meet the neighbors.

that you go over and introduce yourself.

Maybe have your dad or a friend with you and say, hey, I'm such and such thinking about buying this home, just wanted to introduce myself.
