Usually, being a female, your intuition about people is generally pretty good, better than us guys.

So if you get a funny feeling, then that may be the Lord telling you, hey, this is not the right place for you.

Also, once you do buy it, I would recommend that you go slow on upgrades.

If you need some upgrades to make it functionable, yeah, go ahead and invest the money in that.

But just get in there for a little bit and see what you really want to do.

Sometimes we overdo it on the front end and we get in there and say, you know, why did I spend the money on that?

That really I didn't really need to do that.

So so be patient on that.

Do I think Tallarico stands a chance?

Yes, he does stand a chance.

There's no question.

Now, if Republican voters get to the ballot and get out to the polls and vote, he's not going to win.

Paxton will win, no question about it.

And again, but the challenge is there's going to be some Republicans that voted for Cornyn that when they get to the ballot in November, they won't vote for Tallarico.

They just won't vote in that race.

And I would tell them, encourage them, plead with them, please don't do that.

You think you haven't voted for Tallarico, but really you've given him half a vote because when you don't vote for one, it's a binary choice.

You're giving the advantage to the other person.

So we'll talk about that more between now and November.
