Aaron Rods after 10-6.
Jordan Love at 13-3.
Lamar Jackson after winning season.
Jalen Hurst after winning season.
Russell Wilson, they were 7-9, but they made the playoffs.
So it's about how well you draft.
Not how much you lose.
