Roughly, you know, he and I are the two primary shareholders.
You know, I have a slightly larger stake in the company, you know, being that the concept was mine to start.
But yeah, he and I together own the bulk of the company.

And then we do have a, you know, we have an advisor, some advisors who've gotten a little bit of, you know, some small advisor equity.
So, you know, and then I've also already actually set aside that 12.5% that I was mentioning to raise the seed round.
It's actually already allocated in our cap table.

I like to think of myself as a smart guy and a forward thinking guy.
But I also like to think of part of that intelligence is being aware that I have a lot to learn and grow still.
And so our advisors are people that have a lot more experience than both myself and my team members in the fields that we're trying to go into.
One of them is an entrepreneur himself.
