I think one of the main problems with the amazing ability of Claude and ChatGPT is they attempt to do everything.
and know everything.
You wouldn't expect a human being to do everything and know everything.
So that's why I think it's important to give your agents boundaries and roles and guardrails because the less they have to focus on, the more accurate they're going to be, just like a person.
To my left is a bookshelf with a copy of Ikigai lying down, not been made in quite a while.
Ikigai is a Japanese principle of successful living.
So how you can find a way to live so that you can find a job, purpose, vocation that can do four things.
Something you're good at, something the world needs, something you can get paid for.
And I always forget the fourth one.
And something that the world needs.
Something that does good, let's say that, because it's not important for my version of Ikigai, which is Ikig AI, which is about preserving humanity.
I think when a new technology comes along, we always ask what that technology could do rather than what it should do.
And that is what I'm attempting to do here.
And I've made a 80 point diagnostic survey which you can run against any task, job description, role.
And what it does is it looks at humanity through four lenses or the four H's of humanity.
which are things that well ai ai may try to do it can never really do or it can't yet and that is um heart so can you be empathetic can you be sympathetic can you touch can you can you emotionally understand someone um here which is about do you need to be present
Do you need to be performing the operation?
Do you need to be on the stage dancing and singing?
For example, anger.
Do you need drive, ambition, the ability to push through obstacles and keep going?
