you know, not being in Europe next year is catastrophic.
It is up on a million euro and the difference there, you know, European rugby playing the Champions Cup is really, really important for Munster.
So it has a knock-on effect with sponsors and people buying tickets, all that kind of stuff.
So it's very obvious how important it is
for them to be in the Champions Cup.
So the result of the weekend was really, really good.
And we'll get into the game itself in a minute, but we can't hide away from this situation that happened last week.
The commercial board, it's been reported yesterday and today that the commercial board have stepped down as well.
And...
Yeah, it's not a good situation and I don't take any joy in speaking about this.
I wish we didn't have to speak in it.
I'm concerned about my former club.
Everybody would love to see them talking about on-field stuff, even if the results aren't as important.
But there's a few off-field stuff situations that have cropped up and that's the reality and people are very concerned about it.
So we don't know where that's going to go or where it's going to end up.
But the result was good and the only thing the players can focus on this week is trying to get a team ready and prepare for Ulster.
But my opinion is it shouldn't have happened and it's nothing personal against the coach involved.
I think we as Munster, I say that as a former player, we should have just stayed away from it.
And that's the reality of how I feel about it.
So let's see what happens from here on in.
