I don't like being alone, but I like forming communities.
When I go, I'll make a community because I can for some reason.
And that's my reality.
So I just was in Costa Rica teaching mindfulness with Jon Kabat-Zinn and Jack Kornfield.
These are the big boys.

And Bessel van der Kolk, who wrote Body Keeps the Score, and Esther Perel, they all go to Costa Rica to teach.
So I was teaching too.
Now I know that's landing from another planet into something that's unbelievable.
And so I made friends there.
And during the month, if you said, where did I live?
I'd say, here.
Just like in the jungle, I said, this is where I live.
These are my friends.
My God, there's so much I want to talk to you about.
No.
I thought I would.
I thought I didn't really see the show before.
So I kept saying to Ginge, are we live?
