So would you say, you know, that perspective that holds a lot of people back, that's why they're maybe negative or they don't look at life, you know, the way they should.

So would you say with the homeless as an example there, what is their perspective?

Is it a lot of them that they're just doomed forever sort of thing?

So that's a real estate stat or an overall generalized stat?

That's a real estate stat.

It's seasonal.

Is it better in the second half?

I know with some of the real estate, me and friends, a lot of us buy for tax benefits.

So fourth quarter, we're like, okay, I got to buy two more units.

Yeah.

I guess normal people are like, oh, it's Thanksgiving, Christmas.

I don't want to move.

I don't want to move house right now.

So just define that a little more for people.

Yeah, that makes sense.

So, you know, you're describing this kind of more that, yeah, obviously anyone in a big company, in a corporate company or CEO can write checks, right?

And then, you know, let's talk about you've built the team to, you know, 40 to 50 now.
