Or you could have told them to move to Florida. But even COVID is a good example because I was in Florida and I got stuck in my house. And everyone got locked down, even Florida for a bit. But the day, like the week it happened, I said, well, screw this. I was in a smaller place because I had been traveling so much and it was more like a temporary place. I was like, well, screw this.

If I'm going to be stuck here, I'm going to move to a big house on the ocean by the beach. So I look on Zillow and all the sites, right? And I find a place. I ring the landlord. I say, can I go view it today? He says, I'm not there. I'm in Chicago. I said, well, can the neighbor let me in? He said, sure, if you don't mind. I said, yeah, I don't need you there. And he goes, OK.
