With farm steak, I use black pepper and I use Lowry's garlic salt.
There's lots of garlic salts around.
And it used to be available when I was a kid, and then they stopped selling it in Australia for years.
So we'd have to, you know, if a friend was coming over, we'd say, oh, grab some garlic salt.
But you can buy it again there now.
But, yeah, it's really simple, just salt and pepper, you know.
I don't do anything extreme.
I open flame and I make it as hot as possible.
And I've actually put oil onto the flame to make it go crazy for a while.
Because I like to have color on the steak.
Yeah, I did for a while there.
I was a short order cook and I cooked steaks.
