I appreciate you saying that it is hard, but at the same time though, like there's brilliance in both sides. I think, you know, like depending on what works for you, like I, cause I'm, I asked even for my own self, I mean, cause I'm developing something now that's tech heavy and you know, it's like, and I've never had a partner before. And I'm like or I've never had a dollar from anyone.

I do think it's fascinating for you guys being a husband and wife, founders of companies and investors together. You talk about in the book, if you are going to have a partner and a founder, those skill sets that... work, like you fill a gap. Like I have a certain number of skills. You need to work with another person or group that fills the holes you have.

That's been the hardest thing for me. I've become a chameleon in some areas, but I know where the gaps are. And as an entrepreneur, and I think as people listening can relate, because it's like trust is the word, Cass, that's the perfect word. Because I don't have a hard time trusting people. Like I trust my employees. I'm not a micromanager.
