It's very confusing to be a young man, and anyone who's ever culturally cared to show up enough to help with that, at best, they're trying to sell you, like, questionable deodorant, and at worst, they're trying to, like, push you in a really bad direction. You think that would be the best totem of non-toxic masculinity? I think it actually has the full canon of like kinds of men that exist in a civilized society. Like, do you want to be a stoner? Do you want to be like a cool guy? Do you want to be a cop? You know, like, you know, all the kinds of men that exist and you can pick one. I think it's not, I don't remember being particularly toxic.
