you'll, you'll find yourself in this place where all of a sudden, the external starts to make sense and starts to look the way you want.
But, you know, and this is exactly what you're saying is that we almost punish or ourselves by, like you said, eating bad food, not being focused, not spending time or surrounding ourselves.
And I want to get into your book about surrounding ourselves with people who are going to fill us up and make us better and push us, right?

Well, I have 37 emails I got to get to and I got to talk to the product team and, you know, sales is down.
So I got to meet with, you know, and you're trying to do all these things.
And my car is five years old and my neighbors is only two years old.
So, you know, I don't like the way that looks.
And, you know, we try to do all these external things.
And really to make the internal better when really we can solve the internal tomorrow.
