Like, let's just take the walk thing.

So, so they said, no, not now, maybe some other day.

Okay.

So it's a no, not yet bought, but, but I really want them to go for a walk.

Like, I really want the walk.

Like that's, I don't want to go bowling with them.

I don't want to go to the movies.

I want the walk with no cell phones.

How, how do I start to, how would I put myself in their shoes?

Right.

Understand where they're coming from to get them to actually do the thing I want them to do.

Okay.

So the interest is I just, I want to get to know you even deeper.

I think that the conversations we have when our phones aren't around and we're just kind of doing something simple, we connect deeper and we haven't done that lately.

And I maybe feel a little disconnected from this person that I really care about.

And that's why I want to do the walk.

That would, yes.

Like, actually?

Yeah.

So I have a friend, uh, I invested in his company, then his company was bought and we have a good relationship and I'm now trying to help one of my consulting clients get in as a partner with my buddy's business.
