There's certainly departments that I think just need some more resources, which we are going to attend to.
And yeah, I think there's some really good people that may just need more help as opposed to replacement.
But there are areas of, I would say, not concern, but that we need to be better in, and we're going to address them, obviously, over the next few months here.

conveyed that way because we we as management just don't openly talk about it as much but it is a it is a tool that we very much use we feel we have one of the best directors out there as far as um our staff and and now i'll candidly say we need to review do we do we need um
Do we need more?
Do we need more resources?
Do they need more help?
Those are conversations we're going to have.
But we certainly... I use them in every aspect of player evaluation, whether it's internally or externally.
Our pro meetings, our amateur meetings, that group carries a lot of weight in all those meetings.
So I just think it's something...
that we don't openly talk about as much, and maybe that's our fault or a disservice to the department.
For sure.
And I would say, I mean, I think everybody has been very vocal on how
lengthy this whole process was and so to a lot of a lot of attention or time I'm just literally starting to to focus on the group the team where I want it to go how we're going to get there and those are discussions that that will be right at the top of the of the list but it's I can't
