I like to get you thinking.

And so as different questions began to formulate, I came up with 12 questions that I think are essential for a person to really lead themselves.

If I equip you with the right question, you don't need me in the room because you're asking the right questions without anybody in the room.

And sometimes when people are in the room, it's good to ask them that question too.

And so, for example, one of the questions in the book,

is what's it like to be on the other side of me?

I think every single person should be answering that question.
