And so we can all think of somebody in our life or our business that isn't self-aware, that definitely aren't asking that question.

But at some point, I think we all have to be considerate that because sometimes I say, hey, you know, have you thought about what it's like to be on the other side of you?

They're like, yeah, it's awesome.

Yeah, it's amazing to be on the other side of me to be married to me.

Are you kidding?

They're lucky they struck gold, you know, and and I'm just like, are you sure it's as awesome as you think it is?

Because it may not be.

And so I think each of us should enter into every room going, man, it might be harder than I think it is to work for me.

Like, I think, like, right now, I think, man, if somebody works for Ryan Lee, it's awesome.

Like, of course it's awesome.

It's like, Ryan, are you sure it's awesome?

Like, it's like you're driving a school bus going 120 miles an hour.

People are in the back scared.

You're like, what?

Oh, isn't this fun?

It's like not for everybody else in the back that doesn't get to wear seatbelts, you know?

And so I consistently have to think about that even for my family and the people that I work with and live with and just think, man, what's it like to be on the other side of me?

What's it like to be led by me?

What's it like to have me on the team?

What's it?
