And so in the end, that was between 50 and $75,000 upfront plus the royalty, excuse me, plus the retainer.
And then on top of that, I'd get paid a royalty anywhere between five and 10%.
Got it.
So the a hundred million dollars in sales that I generated, that is not a hundred thousand dollars that flowed into my pocket.
I got paid between five and 10% on that a hundred million dollars.
And that's what flowed into my pocket.
Plus the retainer plus the upfront.
you have this perspective of the landscape that you can take something from one market, golf instruction, and apply it to another market that would never interact like business funding, right?
And it gives you this amazing, you're right, amazing learning to apply all that, the cross learnings that you have across all these different markets
in this very narrow application, which is the ask method.
And that's honestly how over the last decade, I was able to refine this methodology to the point that now we have students literally in thousands of markets who are executing this.
But it's only after that 10,000 hours of deliberate practice of learning that you're able to make something into a method, right?
And so that's what we do today is we help students take that methodology and apply it to their business.
That already happened.

Seven or eight, uh,
projects that I get paid royalties on from the work that I've done in the last 10 years.
And those just kind of sit there.
Those just keep coming in every single month.
