Right.
Like we said, only Ethereum has been working on this.
It's been working on this since Genesis.
And while Ethereum makes this transition from a classical blockchain to a ZK blockchain, it will be leaving every other blockchain behind in the previous classical era.
And so maybe that's why I'm so excited about it is like Ethereum is making the generational leap to the next gen blockchain and no other blockchain will have these properties that we've been discussing about on this podcast.
One theme that I've picked up on a handful of your answers throughout this conversation, Ansgar, is that there seems to be a significant number of second order positive effects of the ZK EVM that are not related directly to the main quest line of the ZK EVM, which is just straight, you know, layer one scaling, but solves a bunch of second order problems, you know, layer two scalability and composability being the one that you just said.
How big is that second order effect?
Like, am I correctly identifying that it's actually like somewhat large in the positive second order effect number?
Yeah.
One, you know, idea I've had is that, you know, Ethereum and all the research that we have invested in over the years, hopefully is one big contributing factor to like kind of restoring the brand of crypto by helping the world overcome some like generational challenges as you've as you correctly identify, you know, you know, crypto doesn't really have the best brand at this present moment.
Hopefully, with some of these sci-fi tech advancements, this Manhattan Project that Ethereum has been working on, we don't just improve the nature of our own blockchains, but we improve the nature of the world around us.
And the second order effects upon Ethereum as a brand, as an ecosystem, ETH price is benefited downstream of all of that.
Ansgar, this has been a super educational episode.
I really appreciate you coming on here and giving me and the Bankless Nation the time about the ZK EVM.
I think, you know, broadly, the crypto industry is looking for reasons to get bullish about something.
I think this is a very valid thing to be excited about and to be bullish on.
And so I'm trying to rally the troops around the ZK EVM fork just in mindshare and education.
And I think you've done the job I've hoped we could do here on the episode today.
So I thank you for that, sir.
