And I think what you get with a lot of people who are like,

maybe a little bit older or they've been in the industry for a while and someone younger comes in, often you can get a little bit of pushback.

And you can get a little, you know, maybe they feel threatened for some reason or they're... Gatekeeping sort of thing.

You were just so far the opposite way.

And it really, really meant a lot to feel welcome in an environment like that, which sometimes you really don't feel welcome.
