In Warrnambool potentially?
I mean, it's one thing to obviously be, you know, worried about what your hometown people will think of you.
But is that, like I know that for me, and I'm sure so many performers, worrying about what other people will think can be such an obstacle, such a block, or a motivator, or something that stops you from doing certain things.
How have you reckoned with dealing with what other people think?
Is that a, like, that feels like a really kind of vulnerable thing to say, to sort of like say, almost admit to yourself, I think is even really hard that you're not able to sell tickets like you used to.
Oh, so you were on air saying, I live in Sydney.
What had you made yourself to be?
Which was based really on evidence.
Well, to back that up, and I've mentioned this a few times, and our resident psychologist, Dr. Emily, who comes on a lot, she's done a whole episode on this.
But for new listeners to our podcast, so I'm sure there'll be many to hear you, Husey, but there was a study done years and years ago by a positive psychologist, this guy called Dr. Christopher Peterson, I think his name was.
And he was sort of the founder of positive, one of the founders of positive psychology.
He did this sort of set about with his team to do this huge study on what makes us happy.
And did years of research and interviewed hundreds of people.
And it was this enormous thing.
And the entire psychology world was like bated breath waiting to sort of see what he publishes, the paper that he would publish.
And it got to the point where he was going to write it and he had all this like research and evidence that piled up.
And when it came time to publish, he only published three words, which were other people matter.
And that was, people were expecting this essay and he just wrote that because from all the evidence he found is exactly what you just said.
