Yeah, and when was it that you sort of started to think that this could be, I mean, I suppose let's talk about when Anne went missing.

So you've lived here this whole time.

Was he a bit of a know-it-all kind of thing?

Oh, yeah.

He was, yeah.

Interesting.

But it was, you know, because when I spoke to Debbie, she said that her suspicions were kind of raised shortly after or the day of when he started sort of saying similar things, but he was referring to her as Annie, you know, and only her people that sort of knew her.

And he was making comments like, I told her not to go do this or that, which made it sound like he'd actually spoken to her.

Because I mean you can't deny, I mean just now I've just driven past Little Yabba Creek car park, it's about only two minutes to get here from there.

He would have driven right past that spot every day.

You know, like you said, he would have seen Anne all the time.

Was it Debbie that went to the police first?

Because the way she told me was that you sort of went separately, but then you realized later on.

And then they came out and what was their sort of attitude to what you were saying?

The morning of Anne's disappearance.

And so you were saying when he was talking, he'd made those comments about Anne and her job, he's making lewd comments, basically.

Yeah.

And so it's, you can kind of make the inference that by the sounds of it,

he probably would try to make a pass on Anne somewhere if he's seeing her every day.
