I don't know if they're built to beat Bordeaux.
I think the pace that Bordeaux have on the edge, the creativity they have,
the forward pack they have they're very smart they're well coached that's going to be a massive challenge that's always been Leinster's you know can they get over the line in it but I think they can make incremental improvements to that point and still be good enough to navigate their way through this I think their attack is for me their two best playmakers are Gibson Park and Gibson Park and Sneijman really like if you look at it that's kind of a crazy thing to say
One welcome development that I think this has been lacking in Irish rugby for a number of years, but they're very good in the transition.
They've become very effective on counter-attack and Irish teams have been so conservative on counter-attack for many years.
It's obviously part of Nina Aber's approach.
South Africa will be very good.
But with Kenny's pace and his vision, he turns something into nothing regularly.
Tommy O'Brien has it as well.
Even Jimmy O'Brien made a really good counter-attack.
They're being empowered to run the ball back.
We saw it with Crowley against Leinster.
So there's players now showing a bit more in the transition.
That bodes well, I think, because that's a part of Ireland and Leinster's armory that wasn't really exploited for a long time.
Be interesting how Keenan kind of fits into that when he comes back.
But that's one area where they're getting, like, you know, against La Rochelle, their transition won them the game.
And there were times where they were really under the caution Saturday and Bayonne would kick and it looked like a good kick.
And Kenny, just for nothing, that Sevens background, that incredible athletic prowess he has.
Yeah, I wouldn't be putting any money on it right now, but I have that sense as well.
And I think Prendergast has shown a bit of flexibility to go full-back in recent times, to come into games and having watched from the stand and think his way through them.
