The studies that were done on this where you see is either A, they're looking at a signal, which the signal doesn't always, like a blunted signal, doesn't always translate into significantly less muscle gain. Heavy, consistent NSAID use, probably not a good idea. I think long-term use at its risk isn't good for you. But there's cases where someone's got to perform.
