We'd get people so irate, they'd hang up on you and scream, I'm going to kill you if I ever see you and stuff.
Then you'd have to call them back and go, hey, listen, can we?
But you'd have to offer them like a Pizza Hut gift certificate or a windbreaker or something.
Like you must have had to grease a couple of palms to sign.
You go, you like Knott's Berry Farm?
And they go, yeah.
How about two tickets at Knott's Berry?
They go, all right, give me that.
