AIs cannot be leaders because leadership is a human relationship issue.

Leadership is a people's issue.

Management is a process issue or a results issue.

Both of them incredibly important and unfortunately for some, they have to have competences in both domains.

But they're so different.

Good people use it for good things.

Bad people use it for bad things.

And blind people, which might be the majority, don't know what they're doing.

AI can be disastrous and it can be a developer of humanity.

But it's not AI that's going to do it.

It's the human capacity behind AI that will make decisions.

But AI has no emotional intelligence.

AI has no wishes.

AI has nothing.
