Ooh, delays are so common. Now, I know it's annoying to be late, but this is interesting because delays, in my opinion, should just not be that big of a deal. If you absolutely must have a business meeting or appointment shortly upon landing, just make sure it's something you're okay to reschedule in the event of that delay.

United told us they would get us a new airplane, though actually at that point in time, it was pretty late. They had offered us a chance to either rebook or at that point get a refund.
