So in the latter seasons, when we were finishing in the top four, we were not playing like we did in the early seasons, where we had to battle it through to get points.
We had quality players to make the right amount of moves, right of runs, and start winning football matches by being a creative, attractive team, I thought.
Well, most of the time, we jumped on a plane and flew to their country, wherever they were.
And we took... I had Mike Ford with me, who's a sports psychologist, and he ultimately ended up the director of operations for us, like you mean.

And it's an iconic stadium, even though it only holds 28,000.
It's an absolutely brilliant stadium.

So we sort of sold that.
And I suppose in many ways I had to sell myself to them.
And of course, being the Premier League, that's a big attraction as well.

We would talk one-on-one about, you know, at the end of the day, we're going to get an impression of whether you like me or I like you, and if we've got that good impression and we think we can work together, then...
you know, let's go forward and let's sign the contract, like you mean.
So, like I said, and Uri was a big part in speaking to other players.
