Best possible place to be in this draft, I believe.

So, you know, I know it sucked because you want to win, right?

Like, you know, the Vancouver Canucks sent a

social media team over to New Jersey, the Secaucus.

And I think everyone was excited about the prospects of actually taking that number one pick.

But to be quite honest with you, I think Ryan Johnson's in a great spot.

Picking number three, you get a couple of decisions made ahead of you.

And then you're either going to get the best winger, the best center, or the best D. So great spot to be in.

Well, for me, I think the world of him.

I really do.

I think he's a guy that...

that can do just about anything, to be perfectly honest with you.

He can play both sides of the puck.

He can produce.

The thing is, coming into this year, he was a bit of an unknown in the OHL because although we'd known him playing through the Vaughan Kings organization in minor hockey, when he went out to the BCHL and put up just okay numbers, you thought, all right, what are we getting here?

And then he comes into a Brantford team that was really good, really stocked.

and stacked and the fact of the matter is they had a number of guys away at camp early that allowed him the opportunity to settle in and get some top line minutes and as everyone started to come back they realized that not only should he stay in a top line spot but he deserved the minutes to do so playing in all situations so I just think the world of him I think he can do just about everything that's required and so when I look at a player like that you know you hear the the name B game or you hear the name basement
