So now you're in a situation where, okay, Jim Rutherford's got to hire a GM.
That GM then has to make a decision on Adam Foote.
Then whoever that coach is, and if it is Adam Foote, how does that relate down to the players?
And those things aren't to be determined until those hires are made.
And maybe it changes entirely the complexion of what the Vancouver Canucks are going to do with this draft.
I try and look at the totality of his game.
And where I'm super impressed is the fact that the defensive awareness, the defensive acumen, the trust that coaches put in the players, Jay McKee did with him, to play him in all situations, D zone draws, offensive zone draws, up a goal, down a goal.
