I think of it very much like you think of trade.

You're trading off these specialties in ways that make the most sense for all parties.

You can make this wonderfully cheaply at scale.

As a sort of a life principle, trading money for time.

It makes me think of two other things.

One is one of my favorite posts I've read in years by the Intercom software team called Run Less Software, which basically says you should run as little software as possible.

And you should just focus on letting everyone else run the stuff that they're better at.

You focus on your little tiny thing.
