It's like, okay, where have you spent most of the money that you have as a bootstrap founder?
Because it's quite limited resources you have.
How do you split it?
Is it 30% development, 50%?
I don't know.
And the second thing is out of that spend, what do you feel like?
that was really, really well spent?
And where do you feel like that the money was wasted a bit or not even wasted, but you could have spent it a bit better somewhere else?

And one thing I would like to share about marketing, this is because founders listen to this and as well, is that a lot of the marketing is just trial and error.
So you try as experiments, try small experiments.
And this goes down to like, even if you're running an ad campaign, try a thousand ad copies and then you'll find out a lot of them won't work.
And then same thing is try...
Lots and lots of campaigns.
Some could be organic, inorganic, everything and see what works because what works for company A might not work for company B or vice versa or other industries and stuff.
So it's so much trial and error.
