Yeah, so, man, I feel like I've just been feeling really, trying to deal with insecurity at work and with my friendships.
So just to give you a little context, I guess, back when I was in high school, I was diagnosed with OCD, and that has taken many forms over the years, and with great therapy and meds, I'm in a really good place now.

when I was first diagnosed, it was, it was really bad, you know, washing my hands until they were bleeding.
And it was, uh, it was, it was, it was really, really rough.
