don't really care what people think about the aging part because the Tom Waits Bukowski stuff I read when I got older, the Patti Smith art shows I go to now, my last conversation with Maya Angelou is she was a grown woman.
Like I don't,
I want to hear from people who have all kinds of experience.
And thus, as somebody who has a microphone or a camera or a platform or any version of audience, I don't worry about the aging thing because we're all in this together in our different ways.
And so I place value on both of your experience and my experience and our collective experience and the lessons we can teach.
Plus, as a Gen Xer,
the greatest generation ever, who had all the things, what do we have to complain about?
We had the greatest of everything, getting old and knowing that we can go back and listen to not just Led Zeppelin and Joni Mitchell, but also Nirvana and A Tribe Called Quest and A Tribe Called Red.
We have nothing to complain about.
So we got a gift.
It's our responsibility to do something with this gift as we get older.
Bread was written about as the body of Christ.
